About Me

I’m a DeLand native with a great love for this wonderful city. I have a background in architecture and I received my Bachelors of Interior Design from Cazenovia College in upstate New York. After graduation, I happily moved back to DeLand and combined my love of Interior Design and Graphic Design and started my own business, Erica Group Designs LLC.

My most notable work is the DeLand Wings Mural I painted in Persimmon Lane, one block west of the 100s block of Woodland Blvd. I’ve created many corporate and small business designs in and around DeLand, including; Dressed Boutique logo, The Hive logo, Bake Chop chalkboard and menu, Indie Market promotions, So.NY Market logo, Persimmon Hollow Brewing Mural, ACED logo, Illume Laser Spa logo, Old Towne Butcher logo, and Sidecar Home Market logo.

In 2016, I was honored to be recognized by the Daytona News Journal as an up and coming young professional in the 40 under 40 business report. In 2017, I was named the Artist in Residence for West Volusia County. With this title, I’ve created a series of wing murals titled the ‘Wings of the West’. I’ve also had the honor of hosting an award-winning video series titled ‘What’s Up in West Volusia’ and I recently completed illustrations for a coloring book highlighting local landmarks in the area. This has been an absolute dream come true!
